FAQs

Do I need to be a practitioner of meditation?

Not at all. Even if you have never meditated before, you can learn this technique and get the benefits.

How is it different from guided meditations?

Guided meditations use instructions. Sahaj Samadhi uses a personal, subtle sound (mantra) to take you deeper. Once learned, you can meditate on your own, anytime.

What if I fall asleep during meditation?

It’s perfectly alright! It indicates your system needs rest. As you continue, you will find 20 minutes of Sahaj as refreshing as hours of sleep!

Are there any special considerations?

Meditate on a relatively empty stomach (before meals or 90 mins after). All you need is a comfortable place to sit for 20 minutes.
