Sri Sri Yoga is more than just asanas, with the purpose to take you to the state of deep samadhi. Unlike pre-recorded YouTube sessions, this program provides:
1. Live interaction with the instructor for personalized feedback.
2. A structured daily routine to build consistency.
3. Access to a WhatsApp group for community support and guidance.
4. Tailored meditation sessions to meet participants' needs.

Do I need prior yoga experience to join?

No prior experience is required! This program is beginner-friendly and suitable for all fitness levels. The instructor will guide you step-by-step.

What time are the sessions, and can I access the recordings?

Sessions are conducted live daily from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM (IST) from within the given dates.
Recordings will be available to participants. But nothing can beat the energy of live yoga sessions.

What do I need to join the sessions?

You’ll need:
A yoga mat or comfortable surface to practice on.
A stable internet connection for Zoom sessions.
A quiet space where you can focus on your practice.
